Green Bean Salad II

    Ingredients

    Cold cooked green beans
    French dressing
    1 cup celery
    2 hard boiled eggs
    1 tsp. prepared mustard
    chives to taste

    Directions

    Marinate cold beans for several hours in French
    dressing.  
    Mix egg yolks, mustard and a little French
    dressing together.   
    Cut celery fine, lengthwise.  Mix with chopped
    whites of eggs, chives and egg yolk mixture.  
    Serve over green beans.
