Crunchy Vegetable Salad

    Ingredients

    1 cup sugar
    3/4 cup vinegar
    1/2 cup salad oil
    2 cups celery, diced
    1 cup green pepper, diced
    1 cup carrots, shredded
    1/2 cup onion, diced
    12 oz. can white corn

    Directions

    Combine sugar, vinegar, and oil in small sauce
    pan.  Heat to dissolve sugar.  Mix together
    vegetables.  Pour cooled marinade over
    vegetables.  Store in covered container in
    refrigerator.  Stir occasionally.
