Cold Asparagus with
    Parisian Sauce

    Ingredients

    2 -  3 oz. packages of cream cheese
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    Dash ground white pepper
    1 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    6 Tbsp. salad or olive oil
    1 tsp. chervil leaves
    2 lbs. cooked asparagus

    Directions

    Blend first 7 ingredients.  Beat until sauce is fluffy.  
    Serve over cold cooked asparagus.  
    Be sure not to over cook the asparagus!
