Italian Broccoli Salad

    Ingredients

    2 bunches fresh broccoli
    1 small head cauliflower
    1 bunch green onions
    8 oz. fresh mushrooms
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1 Tbsp. onion powder
    3/4 cup oil
    1/2 cup vinegar

    Directions

    In large mixing bowl, separate broccoli and
    cauliflower into flowerets (use only heads).  Clean
    onion and cut into small slices.  Add to bowl.  
    Clean and slice mushroom caps and add also.  In
    separate bowl, add remaining ingredients and mix
    well.  Chill.  Add to vegetables 1 hour before
    serving, tossing occasionally while chilling.
         Serves 8-10.
