    Salsicie-Shrooms

    Ingredients

    10 to 12 large mushrooms
    1 lb. sweet  Italian sausage
    1 oz, grated Parmesan cheese
    1 oz. grated Romano cheese
    1/4 lb. finely shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 lb. shredded Provolone cheese
    1 Tbsp. oregano (if available - substitute sweet
    marjoram for a distinctive flavor!)

    Directions

    Clean and remove stems from mushrooms.  
    Combine sausage, Romano, and Parmesan
    cheese and stuff each mushroom.  Sprinkle with
    oregano or sweet marjoram.  Bake at 325 for 35
    to 40 minutes on rack with drip pan or broiler pan.  
    Remove and sprinkle with Mozzarella and
    Provolone cheese.  Return to oven 5 minutes till
    cheese melts.
