    Peanut Butter Pie II

    Ingredients

    1 cup packed brown sugar
    1/2 cup biscuit mix
    2 eggs
    1 cup whipping cream
    2/3 cup chunky peanut butter
    6 oz. chocolate bits

    Directions

    Set oven at 350.
    Beat all ingredients, except chips, on high speed
    for 1 minute or until fluffy.
    Pour into ungreased pie pan.  Bake until toothpick
    comes out clean, about 35 minutes.
    While hot, pour chips on top and spread over pie.
    Sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
