Creamy Pumpkin Pie Ingredients 9-inch unbaked pie shell 2 cups canned pumpkin 2/3 cup packed brown sugar 1/2 tsp. ginger 1/2 tsp. nutmeg 1 tsp. cinnamon 1/8 tsp. ground gloves 1/2 tsp. salt 2 eggs, slightly beaten 1 cup cream Directions Bake pie shell at 450 degrees for 10 minutes. Combine pumpkin, brown sugar, ginger, nutmeg, cinnamon, cloves and salt. Combine eggs and cream; add to pumpkin mixture, mixing well until smooth. Fill pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes to 1 hour or until pie tests done. Serve topped with sweetened whipped cream, if desired. |
