    Whole Wheat Pancakes

    Ingredients

    2 cups whole wheat flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. brown sugar or honey
    3 eggs
    2 cups milk
    1/2 cup oil

    Directions

    Sift flour with baking powder, salt and sugar.  If
    using honey, add it to the milk and oil.  Beat milk
    and oil into eggs.  Combine eggs, milk and oil with
    dry ingredietns until just blended.  
    Cook on hot greased gridle or frying pan.
