Dorito Chicken Casserole Ingredients 2 lb. ground beef 2 cups chicken, cooked and chopped 1 - 8 oz. container sour cream 1 tsp. chili powder 1/2 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. garlic powder 1/8 tsp. white pepper 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese 1/2 cup grated Mozzrella cheese Doritos Directions Crush Doritos and just cover the bottom of a 2 quart casserole dish. Mix all other ingredients, except cheese, and place on Doritos. Crush more Doritos on top of this. Add cheese on top. Bake for 20 minutes at 350. |
