    Creamy Chicken Bake

    Ingredients

    1/4 lb. dried beef
    6 boneless chicken breasts
    12 strips bacon
    1 - 10 1/2 oz. cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup sour cream
    1/2 lb. sauteed mushrooms

    Directions

    Cover bottom of 9 x 13 inch baking dish with dried
    beef.  Wrap each piece of chicken in a bacon
    slice.  Arrange chicken over beef.  Bake 1/2 hour
    at 350.  Drain liquid from dish.  Combine soup,
    sour cream and mushrooms.  Pour over chicken
    and bake 45 minutes at 350.  To freeze ahead,
    omit sauce adding it after cooking chicken the first
    half hour.
