    Sombrero Spread

    Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1/4 - 1/2 cup mustard, hot or regular
    1/2 cup catsup
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. salt
    15 oz. can dark red kidney beans, blended with
    juice in blender or mashed

    Topping:
    1 cup Chedder cheese, shredded
    1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
    1/2 stuffed green olives, sliced (optional)

    Directions

    Brown beef with onion and garlic; crumble beef.  
    Add rest of ingredients and cook 10 munutes.  
    Place in chafing dish and sprinkle with topping.
    Serve with corn chips.
