    Mexicali Dip

    Ingredients

    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    14 oz. can green chili salsa
    17 oz. can spicy refried beens
    1/4 tsp ground cumin
    1/2 tsp seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp chili powder
    1 cup raisins
    1/2 cup cheddar or jack cheese, shedded

    Directions

    Brown beef with onion and garlic; crumble beef.  
    Stir in all remaining ingredients except raisins.  
    Stirring occasionally, bring mixture to a boil.  
    Remove from heat and stir in raisins.  Serve
    warm, with cheese sprinkled on top.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
