    Hot Artichoke and Chili Dip

    Ingredients

    14 oz. can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
    4 1/2 oz. can diced green chilies, drained
    3/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese, divided
    1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
    1/2 cup mayonnaise
    1/4 green onions, sliced and divided
    1 tablespoon Chi-Chi's diced red jalapeno peppers
    Chi-Chi's salsa
    toasted french bread slices

    Directions

    Heat oven to 350.  In medium bowl, combine 1/2
    cup shredded cheese (reserve 1/4 cup for
    topping), 3 tablespoons green onions (reserve 1
    tablespoon for topping), plus the rest of the
    ingredients.  Spoon into 9-inch glass pie plate.  
    Sprinkle with reserved 1/4 cup cheddar cheese
    and 1 tablespoon green onions.  Bake 25-30
    minutes or until light golden brown and bubbling.

    Serve with salsa and toasted french bread slices.
