    Hearty Chili Con Queso

    Ingredients

    12 oz. pkg. pork sausage
    15 oz. can chili
    1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
    1/2 cup salsa
    1/2 cup onion, sliced
    Tortilla chips

    Directions

    In saucepan, crumble and brown sausage.  Drain
    if necessary.  Stir in chili, cheese, salsa and
    onion.  Cook and stir over medium-low heat just
    until cheese is melted.  
    Serve warm with tortilla chips.
