    Orange-Cream Cheese Frosting

    Ingredients

    3 Tbsp. butter
    3 oz. package cream cheese, room temperature
    dash of salt
    1/4 cup frozen orange juice, thawed
    4 1/2 cups powdered sugar

    Directions

    Cream butter.  Add cheese, salt and orange juice.  
    Cream together until light and fluffy.  Gradually add
    powdered sugar until it is the right consistency to
    spread.
    Emough to cover top and sides of two 8-inch
    layers.
