Creamy Chocolate Filling
2 1/3 cup sifted powderd sugar 1 egg 1/4 cup sugar 2 tbsp. water 1/2 cup Crisco 2 squares unsweetened chocolate, melted 1 tsp. vanilla Directions Combine confectioners' sugar and egg. Combine sugar and water. Boil for 1 minute. Add slowly to first mixture; blend well. Add Crisco, melted chocolate and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Spreads easily. Does not dry out. |
