Baked Magic Frosting
3/4 cup coconut 1/2 cup chopped nuts 3/4 cup light brown sugar 1/2 tsp. salt 1/3 cup margarine 2 tbsp. milk Directions Combine all ingredients in saucepan. Cook over medium heat until sugar melts. Spread lightly over top of warm cake. Place in 400-degree oven for about 10 minutes to brown lightly. Enough frosting for tops of two 8-inch layer cakes, or one 8-inch square cake. |
