Hazelnut, Brie & Apple Appetizer
Ingredients
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
8 oz. Brie cheese, rind trimmed, room temperature
1 cup Hazelnuts, roasted and chopped
1 tart apple, grated
Directions
Blend well the cream cheese with the Brie cheese.
Add the hazelnuts and apple; blend. Spread on
melba toast or crackers.
Serves 24.
