Chicken in Wine Sauce

    Ingredients

    3 chicken breasts, split
    1 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 cup sour cream or more
    1/2 cup sauterne wine
    1/2 cup sliced almonds
    1 small jar chopped pimentos
    Paprika
    Dry grated Parmesan cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup

    Place chicken in flat baking dish and sprinkle with
    1/2 of the salt.  Combine flour with 1/4 cup sour
    cream and blend until smooth; add remaining salt,
    sour cream, soup, and wine, stirring until smooth.  
    Poor over chicken; sprinkle almonds and
    pimentos over top and sprinkle paprika and
    cheese on top.
    Bake in 325° oven for 1 1/2 hours.
    Can serve with rice or potatoes.
    If you would like more sauce for the rice or
    potatoes, add more sour cream and wine.
