Salmon Cheese Ball
1 lb. red sockeye salmon, drained
8 oz. cream cheese
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 teaspoon greated onion
1-2 teaspoons horseradish
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup pecans
2 tablespoon chopped parsley
Mix first six ingredients and form into 6-inch ball or log.
Mix pecans and parsley and roll cheese in these,
coating well. Serve with crackers.
