Peppery Cheese Ball
3 oz. softened cream cheese
1/2 cup shredded Jack cheese
1/4 cup onion dip
Tbsp. chopped olives, drained
1/4 cup chopped walnuts or pecans
1/4 tsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. ground red pepper
Bring cheese to room temperature in a mixing bowl.
Beat in onion dip till combined. Stir in olives till well
mixed. Cover and chill for 4 hours or till mixture is firm
enough to shape. Shape into a log. Combine nuts,
chili powder, paprika, and red pepper. Roll cheese log
in the nut mixture, coating evenly.
