Blue Cheese Ball
3 oz. softened cream cheese
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
2 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons dry white wine
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon chopped green onion
1/3 to 1/2 cup toasted almonds
Dash hot pepper sauce
Bring cheddar cheese, cream cheese, blue cheese
and butter to room temperature. Add wine, onion,
Worcestershire sauce, and hot sauce. Beat till
combined. Cover and chill 4 to 24 hours.
Shape mixture into a ball. Roll in almonds.
Let stand 15 minutes. Serve with crackers.
