    Ingredients

    2 oz. Scotch, whiskey or bourbon
    finely shaved or crushed ice
    twist of lemon peel

    Directions

    Pour whiskey over crushed ice in an old-fashioned
    glass.  Add twist of lemon peel.  Can be served
    with short straws.
