    Rum Swizzle

    Ingredients

    1 tsp. superfine sugar
    juice of 1/2 lime
    1 dash bitters
    2 1/2 oz. rum

    Directions

    Combine ingredients and stir vigorously with a
    swizzle until mixture foams.  Serve over crushed
    ice.
