    Pina Colada

    Ingredients

    1 oz. Cream of Coconut
    2 oz. unsweeteded pineapple juice
    1 1/2 oz. light or dark rum
    crushed ice

    Directions

    Blend ingredients in an electric blender.  Serve on-
    the-rocks.  Add a pineapple spear for garnish.
