    Gin Rickey

    Ingredients

    2 oz. gin
    4 oz. club soda
    juice of 1/2 lime

    Directions

    Squeeze lime juice into highball glass and drop
    the rind in.  Add ice cubes, gin and club soda.  Stir
    gently.
