Swiss and Cheddar
    Cheese Ball

    Ingredients

    8  oz. softened cream cheese
    1/2 cup plain yogurt
    2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
    2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
    1-2 cup onion, finely chopped
    1 -  2oz. jar diced pimiento, undrained
    2 tablespoons pickle relish
    10 slices bacon, crumbled
    1/2 cup chopped pecans
    1/4 cup parsley, snipped
    1 tablespoon poppy seeds

    Directions

    In a large bowl beat cream cheese and yogurt until
    fluffy.  Beat in Swiss cheese, cheddar cheese, onion,
    undrained pimiento, pickle relish, half the bacon and
    1/4 cup pecans.  If desired, season with salt and
    pepper.  Cover; chill until firm.  Shape into 1 large or 2
    small balls on waxed paper; set aside.
           In a small bowl combine remaining bacon,
    remaining 1/4 cup pecans, parsley and poppy seeds,
    turn out onto clean sheet of waxed paper.  Roll ball in
    bacon mixture to coat.
    Serve with crackers.
