Wacky Cake
3 cups flour 2 cups sugar 2 tsp. soda 1/2 cup cocoa 1/2 tsp. salt 2 Tbsp. vinegar 2 Tbsp. vanilla 2/3 cup oil 2 cups water Directions Sift together dry ingredients. Make 3 holes in dry mixture. Put 2 tablespoons vinegar in one, 2 tablespoons vanilla in another, 2/3 cups oil in the third hole. Over this pour water. Mix well with mixer. Put in ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake at 375 for 35 minutes. |
