Chocolate Mayonnaise Cake
2 cups flour 1 cup sugar 4 Tbsp. cocoa 1 tsp. baking powder 1 tsp. soda 1 cup mayonnaise 1 cup cold water 1 tsp. vanilla Directions Sift together flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and soda. Add mayonnaise, cold water and vanilla. Beat 2 minutes. Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan or two 9-inch layer pans. Bake at 350 for 30 to 35 minutes. |
