Apple Cake
1 1/2 cup oil 2 eggs 2 cups sugar 2 cups apple chopped fine 2 cups chopped dates 1 cup pecans, chopped very fine 3 cups flour 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. vanilla 1 1/2 tsp. soda 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon Directions Beat eggs and oil well, add other ingredients. Stir in apples and nuts last. Bake at 300 for 1 1/2 hours. Glaze with apple juice and 1 cup powdered sugar. |
