Raspberry Bars

    Ingredients

    3/4 cup butter
    1 cup brown sugar, packed
    1 1/2 cup flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 1/2 cup quick oatmeal
    10 oz. jar raspberry jam (1 1/4 cup)

    Directions

    Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.  Add
    combined dry ingredients; mix well.  Press half of
    crum mixture into greased 9 x 13-inch pan.  
    Spread with jam; sprinkle with remaining crumbs
    mixture.
    Bake at 400 for 20 - 25 minutes.
