Butterfinger Bars

    Ingredients

    1/2 cup butter
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 egg
    1/3 cup peanut butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 cup flour
    1 cup rolled oats
    Frosting:
    1 cup powdered sugar
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    4-8 Tbsp. evaporated milk

    Directions

    Cream butter and sugars.  Blend egg, peanut
    butter, salt, soda and vanilla.  Stir in flour and
    oats.  Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan.  
    Bake at 350 for 20 - 25 minutes.  Remove from
    oven and immediately sprinkle with 6 oz.
    chocolate chips.  Let stand 5 minutes and spread.  
    For frosting, combine ingredients and drizzle over
    top.
