Almond Bars

    Ingredients

    Crust:
    3/4 cup butter
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    1 1/2 cup flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    Filling:
    6 eggs, beaten
    2 cups sugar
    2 cups coconut
    3 Tbsp. almond extract

    Directions

    Mix together ingredients for crust, and press into
    9 x 13 pan.  Bake for 15 minutes at 350.  
    Mix together filling ingredients and spread over
    crust.  Bake additional 30 minutes.
